Rec-Fest will be open Noon to 6 pm and will feature 15 or more sports with teaching stations, mini-games, and participation opportunities. Besides Orienteering, Rec Fest will feature Korfball, team handball, Australian rules football, Gaelic football, ultimate frisbee, disc golf, broomball, fowling, cricket, and more.
Location: Along the riverfront trail from the Serpentine Wall to the Pickleball Courts at Sawyer Point. Orienteering will be in front of the Schott Amphitheater in Sawyer Point.

TROL (Tristate Regional Orienteering League) pass is for students in grade 12 and younger. Students (including home school) should purchase a TROL pass even if they plan to run adult level WARS courses. The TROL season pass includes a year of membership in OCIN and OUSA. Register now for your

WARS (Winter Adventure Running Series) is for adults who are above high school age. Event rankings are based on age. You may also purchase or renew an OCIN annual membership with your WARS pass. Season Pass registration opening soon.

Adventure with a map! Participants get a detailed map and try to locate a series of control points shown on the map. Suitable for all ages, you may compete for the fastest time, or just enjoy a leisurely hike, while using our map to explore the park. There will be six different courses of varying difficulty and length - there is one suitable for every adventurer.
Free map and compass instruction for beginners. Event fee is $10 for Orienteering Cincinnati members, $15 for non-members for groups of 1 to 5 doing a course together. $5 for Youth under 18. Starts are open from 11 am to 1 pm.
There will also be a special
introduction to orienteering classes just for girl scouts and leaders. Register for these through Girl Scouts of Western Ohio calendar There are two sessions 10 am - Noon and 11 am to 1 pm. You do NOT need to do the separate registration for the orienteering meet; it is included.)
Starts will be open from 11 am to 1 pm. Full range of courses for all ages. Courses: white easy; yellow intermediate; orange advanced, brown short expert, green expert; red long expert.
Join us for a post-event social, as soon as control pickup is completed. We always appreciate a few extra hands bringing in controls - many hands make post-event clean-up fast and easy.

Monday (Memorial Day), May 31, 2027 Liberty Quest VIII, Liberty, IN
Urban Score-style course through the town of Liberty. Find as many control points as you can in any order. At each control point, you will find the answer to a history or trivia question to record on your score-card. You get points for each correct answer. But you will rapidly lose points if you go over the 3 hour time limit, so it is better to get back ON TIME even if you haven't found every point.
